Now in her eighth year with McGraw-Hill, Kristin is a Supervisor who trains 1000+ college graduates to score achievement tests for ten states? school systems and analyzes proposed tests for future years? use.  In addition, she performs Independent Contractor support for a Realtor and for a company that assists individuals in reversing having been denied Social Security Disability benefits. 

Kristin formerly was the Executive Assistant to Scott Jones, the CEO of Escient, Inc.                                                         
Above regular responsibilities, she produced ?Friday Night Parties.? These functions were organized to facilitate networking between management, staff, and guests. She also helped coordinate an IPO that recruited 60 investors

Prior, she was a Property Manager of 231 low-income single family and senior buildings in conjunction with HUD and the State Department of Family Services.  She co-Chaired the annual ?Caulk of the Town,? a charitable project that identified 100 homes in a blighted neighborhood. She organized 1,000 volunteers to winterize them.

She developed a Corporate Relocation Department for a large CENTURY 21 real estate company and trained 65 agents.  She designed a client/agent-matching system that increased closed relocation business by 500% and increased company closed dollar volume by 30%.  She designed and produced a Newcomers? Packet, a marketing kit adopted by 150 Century 21 Real Estate companies nationwide.     

She has long been involved in community services having worked for Eastside Community Investments, Community Action Against Poverty, Community Organization Program Eastside, Indianapolis Day Nursery, Department of Parks and Recreation, and the American Red Cross.  She has been an Executive Assistant to eight company heads

Kristin graduated in Education from Purdue University. She holds real estate and insurance licenses and is a Notary Public.  Though she grew up in Indianapolis, she has lived in California and Japan. Her involvement with IRRT is in Project Management.
